Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and unique nature of our products (blanket + doll sets), returns or exchanges are not offered.
If an incorrect item was received or the product arrived defective, customers must contact us via Email ( michelle.vivabelle@gmail.com ) within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the inquiry, clear return or replacement instructions will be provided directly to the customer.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after the item is returned and verified, via the original payment method.

Michelle Lapinou is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or shipping companies.
