Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched from Israel. At Michelle Lapinou, we ship our boutique sets to Israel and selected European destinations via Israel Post (Registered Mail / ECO Post).
Shipping Destinations:
Israel: Nationwide. Delivery availability is subject to Israel Post service coverage and distribution schedules. Delivery to certain remote locations may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
Europe: We ship to selected European destinations where Israel Post ECO registered mail service is available. Eligible destinations are determined at checkout.
Delivery Times:

Israel:5–10 business days (Registered Mail).
Delivery to remote locations may experience slight delays beyond the estimated timeframe. -
Europe: 7–21 business days (ECO Post).
All international shipments include tracking. A delivery confirmation is received via SMS or system update once the package reaches its destination.
Order Handling:

Orders are packed and shipped within up to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders received after 14:00 (Israel Time) are processed on the following business day.

Shipping is carried out on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During holiday seasons or periods of limited postal service availability, delivery times may be extended.
Shipping Costs:
Israel: Free shipping on all orders.
Europe:

Single set: €16

Orders of two (2) sets or more: Free shipping.
Michelle Lapinou reserves the right to update shipping rates and terms in accordance with changes in postal services. Customers are advised to review current shipping options at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes required by the laws of the destination country. Please verify potential charges before placing your order.
Liability:
While Michelle Lapinou ensures timely dispatch to the postal service, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, postal services, or customs processes in the destination country.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal and unique nature of our products (blanket + doll sets), returns or exchanges are not offered.
Exceptions:

If an incorrect item was received or the product arrived defective, customers must contact us via Email (michelle.vivabelle@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the inquiry, clear return or replacement instructions will be provided directly to the customer.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only after the item is returned and verified, via the original payment method.
